Free isn't a trial — it's a real product

Free has limits, not a clock. Your partner can use it for as long as you both want. If three personalized messages a day stops being enough — or if she'd love to hear the message in your voice instead of the browser's — that's the moment Pro makes sense. There's no countdown pressure.

7-day refund on the first charge

If Beside doesn't fit your relationship and your recipient hasn't yet opened the gift, email denniswanglabs@gmail.com within 7 days of your first charge. We refund the full amount to your original card without asking why. Once the recipient has signed in and started using Beside, the core value of the purchase has been delivered to the end user and refunds are no longer available. Renewal charges are not refundable — but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. The 7-day window aligns with the cooling-off period under Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act.

Cancel anytime

One click in the dashboard. Your couple keeps Pro or Premium features until the end of the current billing period, then drops back to Free — no mid-cycle interruption for your partner. We email you seven days before each renewal so nothing surprises you.

Payment

Card payments processed by TapPay (Taiwan). Recurring charges use your stored card token via TapPay Pay-by-token. We support credit and debit cards from major networks (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express). Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for cards that support them. Pricing in TWD; international cards are converted by your card issuer at their exchange rate.
